I’m happy about our decision to do business with Securus. My wife had a medical emergency which required her to be admitted to Manipal North Hospital in Malleshwaram. We received the news on a Friday evening, with the surgery scheduled for Monday. I wasn’t optimistic about the cashless facility, but the Securus team were supportive all throughout the weekend. Mr Vasanth Kumar, in particular, constantly followed up with me, kept me informed and completed the insurance process until my wife was safely discharged. My claim was fully approved. I don’t remember having such a smooth interaction in the past. I appreciate your customer service going the extra mile. Thank you!
